Shipping, Delivery and Installation Policy

Please note that delivery fees and times vary depending on the type of products ordered, the services you have selected and the delivery address.

Holidays and official and national holidays are not counted, and if any modification is made to the order or customer data, the shipping time will be calculated again and will not be deducted from the previous order time

In case the address you mentioned in your order is incorrect. Sometimes, the products you ordered may be delayed or prevented from being delivered for reasons beyond our control (such as a shortage of materials, incorrect information from the customer, or higher than expected demand). In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed, but we do not bear any responsibility towards you for such delay or failure to deliver

Special order

Order delivery period is from 2 to 30 working days from the date of creating the order and payment

Pre-order

The delivery period is indicated on the product page with an expected shipping date

The customer is not entitled to cancel or return the goods that are ordered specifically for the customer (special orders; pre-order - request detail according to the customer's desire) after 48 hours from the time of completing the order

In the event that the order is modified for any reason, a new time for the order will be calculated and will not be deducted from the previous order time
